Glasses / Guarantee
The majority of our patients are happy with their glasses. Oakwood Eyecare offer you a guarantee that if you have any problem with glasses that you purchase from us, we will do our best to address the issue. This may mean adjusting or even replacing the frame; reviewing the type of lens you have or even rechecking your eye examination result. Whenever these tests are done you will not be charged and if we do change the glasses then this will also be free (up to the same value of product).
